This Privacy Policy describes how Unified Motion Systems ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the CalcPro app for Android ("the App").
Short version: CalcPro performs all calculations locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information ourselves. The App displays ads served by a third-party ad network, which may collect certain device data as described below.
By using CalcPro, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.
Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information directly. CalcPro requires no account, no registration, and no sign-in of any kind.
All calculations, conversions, and history are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to any server operated by us.
The App does not request access to your:
- Location — not accessed or used
- Camera or microphone — not accessed or used
- Contacts or call logs — not accessed or used
- Files or storage — not accessed beyond local app data
How We Use Information
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use it for any purpose such as analytics, marketing, or profiling.
Calculation history and preferences stored locally on your device are used solely to provide app functionality. This data never leaves your device and can be cleared at any time by clearing the app's data via your Android settings.
Third-Party Advertising Services
CalcPro is free to download and is supported by advertising. Ads are served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising platform operated by Google LLC.
To serve relevant ads, Google AdMob may collect and use certain information from your device, which may include:
- Advertising ID — your device's resettable advertising identifier
- Device information — device type, operating system version, and language
- IP address — used to determine approximate location for ad targeting
- App usage data — interactions with displayed ads
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with their own privacy policy. We encourage you to review it:
You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through your Android device settings under Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation, or by resetting your Advertising ID.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any personal information to third parties, because we do not collect any.
The only third-party data exchange that occurs is between your device and Google AdMob as described in Section 4 above. We have no access to or control over the data collected by AdMob.
We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests from public authorities.
Data Retention and Security
All data stored by the App (calculation history, preferences) exists solely on your device and is managed by Android's standard app storage mechanisms. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the app's data or uninstalling the App.
We take reasonable precautions to protect the App's integrity. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
CalcPro is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove such information.
Please note that while CalcPro itself does not collect data, the Google AdMob SDK has its own policies regarding children and COPPA compliance. If you are using the App with a child, please review Google's guidance on child-directed apps.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data under applicable law (such as GDPR in Europe or the Privacy Act in New Zealand). Since CalcPro does not collect personal data from you directly, most of these rights apply in relation to Google AdMob's data practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Continued use of CalcPro after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
